Her professional background includes program and project coordination, grant-funded initiatives, training operations, organizational capacity building, process improvement, and cross-sector collaboration. She has worked across public health, behavioral health, prevention, victim services, and community-based systems, helping organizations translate program goals into practical workflows, tools, and implementation strategies.
Samantha's consulting approach focuses on helping organizations strengthen the systems behind their work. She brings a practical, solutions-focused perspective to program planning, grant implementation, workflow development, organizational documentation, training, and process improvement, with an emphasis on creating tools and systems that organizations can realistically maintain and use.
